John P. Dortch
President/CEO
John P. Dortch serves as the President/CEO of The Preston Joan Group Inc. based in Fort Wayne, Ind. John is a highly-skilled management professional with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of occupational environments, including government, industry
and healthcare.
Prior to starting The Preston Joan Group, John
was Vice President of Employee Relations for a
regional health system of 6,000 employees. He has extensive experience in financial management,
conflict investigation/mediation personal
management. John is known for his integrity,
honesty, trust and ability to maintain absolute
confidentiality.
John is the author of several professional
publications including, Employees Can Be Smart
Benefit Shoppers, Dealing Today with the Work

Betty J. Kunard
Executive VP/COO
Betty J. Kunard serves as the Executive Vice
President/COO of The Preston Joan Group
Inc. Over the past twenty-five years she has
acquired expertise within all areas of the
Human Resource profession.
During her professional career she has
served in both administrative and
management positions and held accountability
for an employee base ranging from 100 to
5000 along with multi-site and multi-state
operations. Additionally, she has achieved
successful outcomes as a project teamleader.
Betty holds a degree in Personnel Administration and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources. She is active in both the local and national Human Resource Associations. You will learn she is committed to providing the customer with a stellar product/service that is focused toward achieving the customer’s expectations, needs and time lines.
